What is the typical group size?

To ensure personal attention and a cozy atmosphere, we keep our groups between 16 to 30 guests. This allows our Tour Managers to care for every individual without the rush of a large crowd.

Are these mixed groups or only for ladies?

Most of our trips are mixed groups of men and women traveling with spouses, siblings, friends, or solo. Occasionally, we curate special "Ladies-Only" getaways - just look for the specific tag when booking!

Does the tour involve a lot of walking?

We plan our itineraries to minimize walking. However, in certain places like Japanese monuments, European city centers or certain temple complexes, some walking is unavoidable. We always try to get our vehicles as close as possible to the entrance.

What kind of accommodation do you provide?

We believe your stay is a vital part of the experience. We don’t just provide a "place to sleep" we select premium properties and renowned international or domestic hotel brands that offer both comfort and character.

I am a vegetarian. Will I have trouble with food abroad?

Not at all. We ensure access to familiar comforting Vegetarian wherever we go. While we include Indian meals, we also encourage you to safely savor local flavors to truly experience the destination.

I don’t speak English. Will that be a problem?

Absolutely not! Our Tour Managers and local guides communicate in Hindi and English. You will be well-supported and will never feel lost - we are with you every step of the way.

I am a solo traveler. Can you help me find a room partner?

Yes! We assist solo travelers by pairing them with a room partner of the same gender and similar age group. In the rare case that a suitable match isn't found, the single occupancy rate would apply and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

What is "Single Occupancy" and can I request my own room?

Single occupancy means one person staying alone in a double room. Since the room cost isn't shared a "Single Supplement" fee is charged. If you prefer your privacy, you can absolutely request your own room by paying this nominal additional charge.

Do you help with Visas?

Yes, we are your one-stop shop for visa assistance for our group tours. Our experienced team handles the documentation and appointments without charging any service fee. Please note that while we assist you, the final decision rests with the Consulate. therefore, we recommend booking well in advance.

What documents are needed for booking?

We require a scanned copy of your Passport (with at least 6 months validity) and your PAN Card.

Where is the meeting point for the tour?

For international departures, we meet at Delhi Airport (T3), Gate 5. For domestic tours, it may vary between T1, T2 or T3. You’ll be welcomed by our smiling Tour Manager.

How much luggage can I carry?

• Domestic: Usually 15kg check-in and 7kg hand baggage.

• International: Usually 20kg–30kg check-in (depending on the airline) and 7kg hand baggage.

What happens in case of a medical emergency during the tour?

Your safety is our priority. Our Tour Managers are trained in basic first aid and will immediately coordinate with local emergency services and hospitals. We also provide Travel Insurance in international tours that covers medical emergencies and evacuations. Please share any pre-existing conditions with us before the tour begins.

How will I communicate with my Tour Manager and co-travelers?

We create a WhatsApp group 2 days prior to departure. This serves as a hub for you, your co-travelers, and your advisors to communicate and share updates throughout the journey.

Are your holidays truly all-inclusive?

Yes. Our packages typically cover flights, stay, most meals, taxes (except TCS), monument fees, visa assistance, insurance, and tour manager services. You’ll rarely need to open your wallet except for personal shopping.

What is your refund policy?

If Golden Agers cancels a tour due to low passenger numbers, you receive a complete refund. If you cancel, charges apply as per cancellation Policy based on our vendors (airlines/hotels). What is a "Credit Note"?

A Credit Note is a great alternative to a cash refund. It allows you to use your balance for any future tour, ensuring your hard-earned money is never wasted.

How long does a refund take?

Typically, refunds are processed within 15-20 working days via the original mode of payment once the amount is agreed upon.
